Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of KrishiScan (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use KrishiScan.

• You can sign up either with an email & password or with an Indian mobile number & 6-digit OTP. Both methods produce a single unified account — one identity per user.
• Anyone can try KrishiScan without an account and get 3 free crop scans per device. On the 4th attempt you must create an account (email or phone) to continue. Guest scans are not saved to History.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential — including the phone SIM linked to your account — and for all activity on your account.
• Notify us immediately at contact@elloth.in if you suspect unauthorised access, or if your phone number changes so we can migrate your account safely.
• One person / one legal entity per account. Sharing accounts, using multiple browsers to farm free guest scans, or creating duplicate accounts to bypass plan limits is prohibited.
• You may delete your account at any time from the Settings sidebar (or by writing to contact@elloth.in).

You agree not to:

• Use KrishiScan for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our AI prompts, curated scheme database, or source code.
• Upload someone else's Aadhaar, land record, or bank passbook without their explicit permission.
• Overload our infrastructure with automated scripts, bots, or excessive requests.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without a Pro plan and a signed agreement with ELLOTH.

KrishiScan offers three subscription tiers. All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST.

• No refunds after activation. Once a paid tier is activated on your account — with or without any scan being run — the current period's fee becomes non-refundable.
• Duplicate / accidental charges. Duplicate charges caused by a verified technical error on our side or Razorpay's side are always fully refunded within 5–10 business days.
• Cancellation. You can cancel auto-renew at any time from the Pricing page. Access continues until the end of the paid period; the unused portion is not refunded.
• Service outage. If KrishiScan is unavailable for a continuous period of more than 72 hours in a billing month due to a fault on our side, we will extend your subscription by an equivalent number of days at no cost. Cash refund is not offered in lieu.
• Annual plans (where offered) follow the same no-refund principle, with the exception of duplicate-charge and service-outage clauses above.

• AI can and does make mistakes. Cross-check critical recommendations (chemicals to spray, crop switch decisions, loan applications) with your local Krishi Vigyan Kendra, extension officer, or certified agronomist before acting.
• Mandi price data. All prices displayed by KrishiScan (min / max / modal ₹ per quintal, 14-day forecast, "sell now vs wait" verdict) are either AI-sourced from today's public market intelligence or manually verified by KrishiScan admin experts (marked with the "Verified by KrishiScan" badge). We do not resell any third-party API feed. Prices are indicative — final selling rates depend on your specific mandi, quality grade, and arrival window; always confirm with your buyer before committing.
• Government scheme details are aggregated from public sources and may change. Always verify eligibility, deadlines & benefits with the official issuing authority before applying.
• To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, ELLOTH's total aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₹1000, whichever is greater.
• ELLOTH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including crop failure, lost profits, or missed subsidy deadlines.

The Service, including its source code, UI designs, illustrations, copy, AI prompts, curated scheme database, and product photography, is © 2026 ELLOTH. All rights reserved. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership right.

You retain ownership of the images and documents you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

KrishiScan is a trademark of ELLOTH. The names, logos and taglines KrishiScan™, YojanaAI™, Profit AI™, Kisan Didi™, Profit Didi™, Agent Didi™, together with the ELLOTH® wordmark, are trademarks of ELLOTH.

Any use of these marks — including in reviews, articles, integrations, or partner materials — requires prior written permission from ELLOTH. All other product names referenced in the Service (including Aadhaar, government schemes, Razorpay, mandi boards, satellite imagery providers) belong to their respective owners; their mention does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

• You may terminate your account at any time from Settings or by writing to contact@elloth.in.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in fraud, with or without prior notice.
• On termination, your access ends immediately and personal data is deleted per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by in-app broadcast and by revising the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after the change indicates acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India, and where applicable, resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
